Rage - the anarchy edition (question for those that have the Rage game please!)

Forgive the silly question, and if this isn't the right area please. My OH has asked for Rage for christmas, and the Anarchy edition (which looked to be the special edition) is half the price of the normal one. Is it still exactly the same just with some extras as the price doesn't seem to make much sense! THanks
