Britannia/co-op exclusive mortgages

I'm looking for a mortgage and the Britannia/co-op have 5 year fixes at 3.39% with £999 fee, or FEE FREE if you transfer your current account to them for the duration of the mortgage term
This sounds like a no-brainer but is it really that simple to do? The last thing I need while trying to buy a house is complications arising from changing my bank as well :eek:
