Thanks

I would have thought so. The only thing they carry for free is a buggy. I have found them very helpful on the phone so I am sure they will tell you. Seems to me everthing costs extra (Breathing on the plane is £8 and talking £11.)
:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin
  • LOL I'm in trouble then as my daughter never stops talking!

I enquired about this recently as my husband and daughter were off to Ireland. I was told car seats were extra. Certainly puts me off flying with them - will soon have 3 car seats to take...

    Good luck

    Hi,

found this on their website if it helps.....

With the exception of a pram or buggy (which is carried free of charge), Infants do not have a baggage allowance and therefore any infant equipment such as car seats and travel cots must be included in the accompanying adult's baggage allowance upon payment of a baggage fee per item, per one way flight .

    Jules :)
  • Hi,
I will feedback on return...but this is whats happened so far.
Phoned RA....and she said to wait and see at the airport whether they charge us but rather than risk that I am making contingency plans
We have a maclaren buggy bag so have "hidden" a booster seat in there (my boy is young for a booster but we have checked and he is big enough for safetys sake)
The other booster may go in a carry on bag as we were only going to take 2 but are allowed 4. But we will have to see.
I know I'm being a bit sneaky...but you have to try don't you!!!
    See ya next week x
