    I didn't get a code either and am a long time customer of Joe Browns. This annoys me as I think companies should send codes to those who spend money with them but usually it works the other way as an enticement. I'm forever getting 'we miss you' e-mails from companies I rarely use. Rant over!

    Just had an email sending me a unique £10 code expiring 20th December - except the box where the code is supposed to be is blank!
    I tried the option to view in a web browser, but still blank. Anyone else had this?

    Hopefully they will resend when someone alerts them to the error. I haven't got the time to phone them myself.

    Same here,

    so i phoned, and they took my order ( worth £9.95) and said before the order is dispatched they will be getting the unique codes

    so will only be charged £3.95 ( delivery)

    I have taken the names of the poeple who i spoke to, and who took my order..

    So if you have had an email with no code, you will have to phone your order through

    Just hope they honour what they said on the phone
