Well i ordered 50 pounds worth of items including a bounce and spin zebra...
delivery came in 3 boxes no zebra
spoke to elc apparently they sold more than they had argued my case for 10 mins not only have they refunded me but given me extra 17 pounds so i can get one from amazon for the same initial cost
so if yours doesnt arrive fight your corner :j0 -

they couldn't find one in a store near me and i said it wasn't good enough as they hadn't sent a box big enough to fit it in so clearly despite being told it was on its way and a friend had hers despite ordering after me then just said next closest price was amazon. cs assistant spoke to manager and they agreed to pay the difference as a gesture of goodwill really happy as it was my daughters main xmas pressie0
