Sunday - LO Stew
Monday - Pasta Bake
Tuesday - LO Pasta Bake

Good Luck this week x

OH and I are both off next week :j :j so mealplanning has not really been done, as we will probably have a few dinners out etc.

I know it will involve at some point an oven baked rabbit ragu, skate wings, boiled bacon, roasts and cabbage on sunday, and possibly a beetroot orzotto.....

Obviously not all together :D

Monday - meatloaf with pasta and tomato sauce

Tuesday - sausages with leek and potato cakes

    Wednesday - college

Thursday - KFC style chicken with potato wedges and coleslaw/sweetcorn

Friday - pork and cider casserole with mashed potato

Saturday - out for a work meal

    Sunday - cottage pie with...something

Hmm, slightly more meaty than I had planned and potatoes seem to feature a lot too! I'm working my way through the freezer, so the majority is already made.

  • I've done some prep!
    Monday - spaghetti bolognese
    Tuesday - chilli
    Wednesday - chicken dinner
    Thursday - chicken pasta
    Friday - chicken curry

Plus I've made a batch of flapjack for snacks and treats, and best of all dd loves them. She also loves the rice pudding we've made. All with stuff we already had in so making a small start on clearing my overflowing cupboards as well.

I'm wondering if orzotto is a risotto but made with orzo pasta? We are having mushroom with orzo this week, I love the name orzotto and may have to steal it :-)

    tues - mushroom and orzo
    wed - pizza
    thurs - jkts and beans

I have three children, each one in a school play once in the afternoon and once in the evening, plus a Brownies outing this week so I will be a very busy mum!

    Thanks
Just diving right in and making myself at home on here and dfw board. Need all the help I can get.
That chicken joint I bought says it serves 8-10 so should do us for 3 days if I bulk it out... crossed fingers.
Didn't put anything on for next weekend but Saturday we'll have dinner at my mams house and on Sunday we're at a Christmas party, where we'll be stuffing our faces.
