It would be extremely difficult to claim discrimination for a one off incident that no one else heard. Anger does not amount to racism so you would need far more than that.
(I assume bl*** means black, or have you put the wrong amount of stars?)0 -
OP, I really don't mean this rudely, but this is the fourth thread you've started, asking the same questions. The response is the same as in thread one: you've put forward a grievance, you have no witnesses, they didn't find any grounds for taking it further, and you haven't appealed.
A tribunal can only go on evidence; you have none. They will not have a case to answer.
Please take this advice and move on, or do as advised in other threads: find another job, or find a witness.
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -

Just had a scan, and I wholly agree. OP, I would focus your efforts on jobseeking rather than pursuing a fruitless claim.0 -

It is me the whole thing has taken over my life.
And it will eat into your life unless you make a decision to draw a line under it, as distressing as it was for you, and move on.
Have you started looking for other jobs?

I noticed you have been off work with stress - has your GP offered you any counselling? Perhaps it would be good to talk through what has happened, to help you move on?0

Your chances of winning without any witnesses are as near nil are you can imagine. You do have options, however. You could write a formal letter to HR stating that you wish them to be aware of the incident and ask them to interview him/ her about it. You could also lodge a complaint through the police. This, however, could cause more problems for you than it would solve.
If you are unhappy working for this person, you could also request a transfer.0 -
No

I have seen documents on his computer which to me look like minutes after his meeting with the solicitors that how he can get rid of me.
But you don't have those documents, so they are of no use to you.
I understand what it is like not to be able to let a situation like this go, I had the same many years ago when I was dismissed due to being disabled. What you have been through is a traumatic event. If you had been attacked in the street you would ask your doctor for help, and this is really no different. Speak to your GP and ask about some counselling.0 -
