go through the delivery address page then on the page where you put in your payment details there is a *button* to click that says something like "i have a promotional code" or something similar anyway, then a box will appear:)

its the orange rectangle shape right under the one that says i have a gift voucher with a triangle in a star, it says i have a promotional or discount voucher :rotfl:
