Guarantor Mortgages

Hi All,
My partner and I would like to get a mortgage. I'm am a no-go as I have only been discharged from an IVA for a year and would therefore need a huge deposit (we are first time buyers). We have a deposit of 10% and we think my partner has an ok credit record. His parents have offered to go guarantor for him and I was wondering how easy these kind of mortgages are to find?
