HMV Tablet PC £139?

Did anyone see a TV add this morning for 1/2 price 10" tablets at £139. Saw it as I was heading through the door and didn't catch full details. Nothing is showing at that price on HMV website

Hi, I was on the point of buying a tablet yesterday & sales assistant told me the following would be on sale with a TV ad on Friday. Hope this helps.

been looking for a tablet/netbook for oh christmas so if its this model will be ideal.

along with o2 priority £5 voucher for every £20 spent could be great deal.

she only really goes on facebook/facebook games so didnt want to be shelling out loads..

Bought one of these tonight and can confirm its the Archos Arnova G2 8gb Android 2.3 gingerbread. Fab wee tablet and still on website at £278 or whatever their retail price is for this .... we have owned the Archos 5, Archos and more recently the Archos 70. Very very good for a budget tablet and Archos is a highly recommended make, its not an ipad ..... but then its less than a quarter of the price of an ipad and to be honest the only thing apple has that we have missed on the archos is itunes cards ... with the android market you have to register your debit/credit card

Is it ok then? This particular tablet has dreadful reviews. I'm looking for a cheap one but just not sure which to go for.

where are the dreadfull reviews??

people on hukd getting this one mixed up with other models.

Well they've all gone now.

I had one in my basket then added another item. It was still showing as in basket at that stage (I could tell as basket £ total was correct and 2 items were in it)

But when I went to checkout it disappeared :mad:
