I got exactly the same message on something i was trying to order this morning.
I rang to double check that the item i wanted (a crafted bag) wasnt in the exclusions (which it wasn't)
She was just about to take my order over the phone to give me the discount when the battery died on my phone

I tried online again about an hour ago and hey presto i was able to use the code.

It may be worth ringing and getting them to take the order over the phone.

Thanks for this picked up a cardigan instore today for £35 then found it online with the code for £26.25 so i'll be returning one back to the store.
