Any cheap sledges around?

We bought the £10 - ish? ones from argos last year and they got used alot - dragged to school and back,jumped on by 1000 kids and they are still in one piece and ready for this year. Perhaps its just the people with problems who leave reviews - but then again you may be looking at different ones?

Bum sled, I have bought 2 of these for my kids.

When I was a kid, every single plastic sled I had always cracked, so annoying.

I always miss out on the cheap sledges as usually reluctant to buy until i see snow outside however its always too late to get a good price.
so just brought a stiga stinger from newitts at £9.49 delivered, cant go wrong.

i realise that this maybe isnt the right place to put this type of request but as the op is obviously an experienced MSE person perhaps its acceptable. before i post a similar request could anyone suggest the correct section so i dont receive nasty posts.

Lots of free 'sledges' in my street.

The kids here just rip them off and uses them as sledges. :cool::rotfl:
