Or any other brands etc, are these any good? I have never used them before, usually make my own cakes but want something quick to do and pre measured :o

If anyone can help that would be great, best brand etc and any offers?

Thanks

I use them all the time, They are great. Tescos had 3 for 2 a few weeks ago and that was a good time for stocking up on. They are that good i pass them off as my own lol.

I think they're fab - the devils food cake with the chocolate fudge icing they make is lovely.

I've had moderate success with their cookie mixes - I highly reccomend the "millies cookies recipe" floating around here on mse though.

If you want a bit more choice, if you can get your hands on Duncan Hine's mixes - they're very good too - especially recommend the Red Velvet cake.

I'm a bit of a RV nerd and theres a lot of very odd goings on to bake one from scratch - think buttermilk and cider vinegar into baking powder, etc etc and I like the Duncan Hines mix so much I hardly ever make RV from scratch anymore!
  • The whoopie pie ones are lovely, very quick and easy to make.

    Wow thank you everyone.
I was thinking chocolate so the devils food cake sounds perfect! The fiance loves cookies and was asking if we could make them as well lol so will definitely have a look for that recipe! Thanks
