What is the average credit score in the UK? and what sort of score do Banks etc lend at?
Has anyone with a high score ever been refused a loan or credit?

The score is entirely irrelevant. 999 is the standard score handed out (and the maximum) but doesn't mean anyone will lend to you.0

Many many people with the highest credit score are often refused credit.
Lenders will consider many things in addition to what is on your credit file, before making a decision as to whether to offer a person credit.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
