You need to click on the 'Share' thing first, then it gives you the code to put in the 2nd box. (Or at least thats what I had to do ...)

I've set up a FB account, but don't know my way around it yet
. I clicked on the ops link (thank you) and then clicked share but didn't see any box. I then clicked on like for good measure, but still can't see anything with a code . Any clues please
