Hi All
I have recently accepted a new job, however am filling in my reference details and have a quick question.
My previous employment was a temporary role through an agency, therefore should I refer to the recruitment agency for a reference, or direct to the company that I worked for as part of the contract?
Little unsure and it isnt something that I want to get wrong! Any advice appreciated!
Thanks

Generally you would give the recruitment agency, but give whoever you think will give the best referenceHope over Fear. #VoteYes0

I always give the company as the agency would have no idea of how i performed there.0

The company; the agency can't give the same detail as the company (unless, of course, the company only offer references for role, salary and dates anyway!).
Best of luck!
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0
