This is an extremely good advice, sir. I've contacted my boss and he told that he will let me know in 3-4 days what's possible. Not a native English speaker, so please forgive smaller errors - and feel free to point out the really offending ones0 -

Has your fiancee analysed all of the costs of keeping her horses in the UK and is she sure that she can get work there? Is she working at the moment and managing to save to contribute to the costs of getting her horses there?
Personally, I think that rather than getting a loan, you would be better to try to build your credit history and also try and get rid of your debts rather than taking on more debt. Once these areas are settled down she could then see about moving her horses to the UK.
I would also caution about getting an old trailer - you need to ensure that the one you buy is fit for purpose and has been checked over and certified by a properly approved trailer repairer. There have been a couple of reports about horses falling through the floor of old trailers whilst being towed.
As your girlfriend is a professional rider, she must have a network of contacts who may be travelling to/from Poland with a proper box - the alternative would be to save and pay for them to be moved professionally from Poland to the UK.0
