UK Passport Background

I just got a photo taken at a Photo Me booth in ASDA, and I noticed that the background is a very light blue. However the passport info guide clearly states background should be grey or cream. Do you think this is an issue? I would say it is the same colour blue as this little icon... :cool:
The booth states acceptable for passports, but really don't want to send it off and get a rejection. Also, not sure what my rights are for this. I had the photo taken about a month ago, so not sure if it has faded into that colour in that time.
