Hi all,

I need to buy 8 x Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit Plus balance boards.

Ideally from a real shop rather than an online only one.

Any advice about the cheapest deals?

If I were you I would go local, ie Tesco, Asda or Argos. At least that way you can take them back if any fuss;

Game have got various deals on at the moment. You would get Game Reward points too, worth 2.5% of your spend.

I also reckon that a friendly store manager in a smaller store might also give you a discount if you are buying 8 sets - it would be great for his sales figures to sell that many in one go.

If you search for wii consoles there's a website that compares Nintendo wii prices across the leading retailers, and shows which have stocks (it won't let me post the link).

Nintendo Wii Console (WHITE) - Contains: Mario Kart (With Wii Wheel) + Balance Board (WHITE) + Wii Fit Plus Software - £159.99 + £5.95 delivery = £165.94 altogether.

Haven't checked all the above offers so not 100% sure this is the cheapest.

Currys seem to have it cheaper than anywhere at £149 for the Wii and balance board.(new offer started this week I think!) Thought I'd let people know incase anyone else is after one also.
