lovefilm disc missing in post on free trial! help

hi, been on a free trial for 1 month and got 2 months to go.
i noticed one disc has not been recieved by lovefilm after i sent it back.
i have not got proof of postage, so what happens next?
i think i will say that i never recieved it at all?
what do you think?

hi its alrite, it happened to me aswel, i just sent then a nice email saying i sent the dvd off few before other one, and the next day it said they dispatched the next dvd, it was all good, but iv finished me trail now and wont join them again, there just out to get money out of you anyway they can, hope this helped.

Happened twice to me


Even if you put 2 in the one envelope, one will mysteriously go walkies

This happened to me when 2 discs were in the same envelope. One showed as returned and the other one went missing. It did eventually turn up. There is a section on the lovefilm site for reporting lost discs, just try to be as accurate as possible about when you sent it back etc. I really wouldn't recommend lying and saying you never got it in the first place.

does anybody know if you can sign up wice wih the same card details.

DVDs lost is post quite normal. It happened to me with Blockbuster free trial. When I told them they politely told me that they wouldn't hold me responsible for the loss.

AFAIK you can't use same credit card twice for free trial. If you have another credit card probably you can use that. But most often than not, they note down the house number as well. Best use your spouse/partner's details for a another trial.

Lovefilm have a section on their site for reportiing discs lost. Generally they will just send out another one on your list so don't worry just e-mail them & let them know. Quite often they do eventually turn up

done it online, said they are sending a v91 form out to for me to send back with proof of postage. failing will result in £20 being taken!
i have not got proof of postage, so what do i do?
anyione had a v91 form?

yeh happened to me loads. anyway I just report it and they say they will seend a form which also never turns up.
