Just wanted to ask who else won Cadbury mug on tassimo comp. How long did you have to wait for your prize to arrive? I won it on 24 November and still have not received it yet.

Just checked my deleted emails and I won on 21st Nov and received the mug over a week ago. I also won one earlier in the comp and that arrived within 2 weeks too.

Hope you get it soon, I'm still trying to win the machine!

I am quite worried as I have not received my mug yet. I emailed the customer service and they only managed to reply on 7 December saying my mug will be going out that week.... I keep e-emailing them but they are ignoring my e-mails.... I dont know what to do... Any suggestions?

I won one also but when it arrived it was chipped. I rang them up and they said they would see about replacing it but they never did. So well done on your win but keep your fingers crossed it arrives it tact.

Thank you for your reply. What number did you use to ring them? They have one number which start with 0800 (I think it's free) and another one 0845.... I used number with 0800.

Hopefully they will send you another mug soon.

Phoned Tassimo careline and they contacted promotion team, they checked in their system that my mug was dispatched on 7 December.... I dont know what happened to my mug!!! I've got horrible feelings it's got lost...

Did u won, upon completion of all three levels ? or was it a random win?

If im not mistaking I have played the game more than 100 times and won nothing...

its driving me crazy...

I emailed them as i haven't got a printer, i have never received it even tho they emailed me back saying it would be posted...

It was a random win.

By the way, my mug turned up today! Apparently it went back to the Tassimo as it did not have my house number.
