Buying from Germany - Reuter-badshop.com

Anyone know of / used this German website?
They sell a lot of bathroom brands (e.g. Hansgrohe) much cheaper than I can find in UK. I need to kit out 5 bathrooms so could make a substantial saving, but am nervous about buying from overseas.
Their website lists two showrooms (in Mönchengladbach and Freiburg) with addresses and phone numbers (looked up the addresses on Microsoft Bing maps, and the birds-eye images look like the ones on the website, but no Google street view available for close-up view).
Any Germany-residents here who can vouch for the existence / reliability of Reuter Badshop? Anyone know how long they've been around?
Thanks guys.

Hi,
I am a German resident and I can vouch for the existance of Reuter Badshop (online since 2004) - as I recently bought a complete bathroom interior there myself. As my husband and I live not so far away, we chose to get some support at the showroom in Mönchengladbach (Yes, it really exists and it's really nice). But of course you can also get support on the telephone if you need some advice.
Order payment and delivery were really easy and uncomplicated as well - so I would recommend this shop to anybody.

Reuter Badshop is a superb and reliable supplier - we ordered bette bath, laufen units and kueco - all delivered well packed - one item had a small scratch - I contacted them and they sent a replacement and collected the faulty item within a few days - no quibble - try doing that with high street suppliers in the uk - maybe there's a lesson to be learnt there. I expect UK bathroom retailers to make a profit - but they are all profiteering which I think is not acceptable. Reuter is quality and discounted at realistic prices - they are also available to advise you if you are not sure about your purchase. :j0
