ive put in some "support tickets" to ipoints on 15/01/07 as i hadn't received points for three seperate signup offers or surveys ive completed
i then updated the ticket on 28/01/07 chasing up a response and have still heard back nothing
up until a few months ago when this happened i would email them and they would put the points on the following working day but now with with this new and so-called "better" system they seem to be ignoring me
is anyone else having similar problems or does anyone have any decent email addresses which i could use to chase these up at all please?
thanks in advance for any help :T

I'm not sure how much use that'll be (might at least get you some attention/forwarded onto someone who will help)Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
I'm still awaiting my reward i claimed on 19/12/2006. I received an email on 02/01/2007, stating that it will be despatched within 14 days, but nothing. I've tried to contact them since, and I haven't heard anything from them.0

There's another thread on this - a lot of people also having similar problem - I am owed nearly 4,000 points going back as far as November - support tickets and emails have been ignored for nearly 2 months now.
I am starting to wonder if they are in trouble and whether I'll get my points at all. I'll be very unhappy if I don't - they are worth £200!0 -
im waitin for 300 points for insurence from december. emailed but still says queued0

Same situation! Been trying to claim a reward (Amazon voucher) but it keeps telling me there's a problem with my account and to get in touch with them, but of course, they seem to be ignoring the support tickets0
