help with ipoints pls

ive put in some "support tickets" to ipoints on 15/01/07 as i hadn't received points for three seperate signup offers or surveys ive completed

i then updated the ticket on 28/01/07 chasing up a response and have still heard back nothing

up until a few months ago when this happened i would email them and they would put the points on the following working day but now with with this new and so-called "better" system they seem to be ignoring me

is anyone else having similar problems or does anyone have any decent email addresses which i could use to chase these up at all please?

thanks in advance for any help :T

I'm still awaiting my reward i claimed on 19/12/2006. I received an email on 02/01/2007, stating that it will be despatched within 14 days, but nothing. I've tried to contact them since, and I haven't heard anything from them.

There's another thread on this - a lot of people also having similar problem - I am owed nearly 4,000 points going back as far as November - support tickets and emails have been ignored for nearly 2 months now.

I am starting to wonder if they are in trouble and whether I'll get my points at all. I'll be very unhappy if I don't - they are worth £200!

Same situation! Been trying to claim a reward (Amazon voucher) but it keeps telling me there's a problem with my account and to get in touch with them, but of course, they seem to be ignoring the support tickets :(
