Before it was 999+ now its down to less than 700.
Maybe its that time of year, and people dont want viewings for xmas and want a house to live in and enjoy.
So, just to clarify not many distressed sales out there still.
Reason sellers arnt knocking prices down is because they dont have to, a wait and see approach, doesn't hurt anyone.

Nothing out there, as you rightly say - everything left from the Spring has now been snapped up.
Sellers don't need to drop when their's is the only property of its type in the whole area!
If you want it - pay what I ask - if you don't ..... sit and hope while paying off anothers property for them! It's laughable ....Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0
