Slightly different but when I was made redundant, the letter and what they would offer was ready and waiting to be handed out at the meeting. We were then told that we could seek advice etc....0

News update: well we sorted out the compromise agreement, which was effective 31st Dec, and hubby has new job offered to him , same type of role, about a week ago. A bit further away from home, but we were looking to move anyway.0
