That makes sense. When I used Roboform it looked like it had filled in bits that I couldn't see properly. I thought it was just anme and email addy, so did a fill and submit.

Me also can't enter as i cant see the rst of the form

I only got half a page, but it accepted the entry anyway. As long as the email address is there to contact it should be ok?

If you select all the page and then copy it into word, it shows 3 required fields - first name, surname and e-mail address and then the final field is optional and is phone number.
