ING mortgages

I am in the process of changing morgtgages and came across this site . My current lender is Nationwide and they seem to be offering £100 off arrangement fees for existing customers and they do seem competative, However I have just come across ING Mortgages and theres seem very good. Only a £170 fee (as far as I can tell) and a flexable fee of 5.14% . Has anybody used them in the past

  • ING don't deal through brokers so you won't get many professionals on the board that know a lot about them. A good starting place is moneyfacts.co.uk - failing that, give ING a call and get their sales rep to talk you through the pro's ad cons of the contract.

Of course you could always pay a broker a fee to do this research for you also.
    I am a Mortgage Adviser

You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. • I am current in a state of “Agreement in Principle” with ING and have found the online service very efficient. They have called me once as result of a written question to them – I have had no reason to call them. The reason they don’t appear in any tables/brokers recommendations is, I believe, that they don’t give a rake off to anybody, hence uncomplicated prices and straight forward arrangements.
