    Oohh, if only these were oranges! I have to buy 100 or so oranges for Saturday to make Christingles. If anyone sees any cheap deals on oranges, I would be very grateful if they would post them. Cheapest I have seen so far is 99p fo 6 Tesco Market Value oranges, so about 15p each. Can anyone beat that, please?

    Oranges are normally cheaper in January- Sevilla oranges blabla.

    I always worry that the ones at the bottom will be mouldy!

    Lidl had another offer the other week - a 1kg bag for 79p which I think was better, as it reduced the risk of wastage. They were really sweet btw.

    Morrisons currently have 600g for 50p which works out slightly less than Lidl and you don`t have to buy so many.

    We buy our Christingles at the market, we go along and tell them how many boxes we need and what ist he best deal they can do for us! As there are a few fruit sellers we usually do quite well.
