What's currently the best mortgage offers on 85%.

I'm asking about total cost over 5 years, inc fees, SVR rates etc.

HSBC are offering a fee free 5 year fixed rate deal at 4.69%

I'm by no means sure this si the best 5 year fixed mortgage deal at 85% but it might be worth considering.

Thanks, it doesn't specifically need to be fixed for 5 years but based on its advertised rates over a 5 year period.

But it does !!! best deal would be a 12 months or 2 year fix and then SVR of 19% in 1/2 years time!!!
You must compare like for like or dont bother
Try YBS as they have 5 year fixes at 85% LTV ( if you really have 15% equity?) only asking as YBS are really tough on LTV
