Anyone won anything so far this mouth? i know its only day 5 but i like to know also how long does it take to win a comp? i have not won anything in mouths is that normal

Ive won two lots of make up from Collection 2000 app on facebook and a £20 visa win just.

Keep at it it depends how many comps you enter i suppose and just pure luck - there isnt any magic formula for winning xx

Check the closing dates. Most will also tell you when and how you will be notified if you win.

How many competitions are you entering? Some of the 'luckiest' people on this forum are entering hundreds or even thousands every month so if you only do a few your chances of a win are not so good.

Try applying for some freebies, see the freebies thread, as this makes you feel like you've had a win even if you haven't

If you're getting through all the ones posted on here you're doing well - especially with all the Advent comps at the moment. I can be comping all day and still not finish all of them.

I often find that doing one will lead me to others on the same site. Like the magazine ones will often lead to other magazine comps by the same publisher and things like Heart radio.

I've not had much time to comp this year and the thing I've noticed this year about the advents is that they're less personalised. Last year there seemed to be more judging of individual entries and less people were aware of comps on FB. I did okay with the advents last year but this year suspect it will be more down to my luck than the quality of my entry!! And many more folks are entering too, so good luck to everyone who is comping!!
