Need to get XBox 360 for Christmas present. Where is the best place to get it and can anyone advise if we need to get 60GB version with Kinect? Thanks in advance. :money:

Hi
Game usually does some good bundles. I actually got mine in xtra vision. Their deal had games I'd be more interested in and they gave some rental vouchers to rent games. But I guess it depends on what games your after whether it's worth getting a bundle pack. No point in paying xtra if they aren't games that would be played.
I think they come in 250gb as standard- could be wrong, they've upgraded since I got mine. 250gn should be fine if it is just mainly a games machine. Mine is 60gb and I've never had a problem.
Don't know about the kinect. Looks fun for kids or parties- think I'd prefer normal controllers.0 -
Thanks for that. Went to Game yesterday and they have a 320Gb Modern Warfare bundle (the one we need to get!) for £239 but then its another £30 for the 12mth online facility
Anyone seen it cheaper?

Sainsburys have all their game machines on offer. I have bought a wii and a xbox360 for this Xmas. They also have the kinect thingy too. Well worth a trip there..as they will do that 'price brand' offer too....:j:beer:0

Try Smyths - last year I got a 250GB plus two games and an extra controller for £225. They don't advertise their deals online - ask instore. BTW the XBOX only comes in 4GB or 250GB flavours - either will work with Kinect but the 4GB is quite a small memory. 3 or 4 game trailer downloads and it would be full. Cheapest Kinect at the moment is on Amazon - £89 (including one game) plus another game for £20 extra.0

The LTD EDT gears of war 320gb set was reduced yesterday to £199, so keep an eye out for the MW one going down0
