just been accepted for A&L current account but

i would also like to apply for an M&S card so i can get the LOB transfer offer. A&L did a credit search yesterday and approved me for an account / overdraft (but not sure what the limit is yet) but i would like to apply for an M&S card to get more of my debt on a lower interest rate. is it too soon to apply for M&S card bearing in mind a credit search was done yesterday by A&L? or does this not matter as one search was for a current account? does anyone know?

    HI there, I applied for and got both an A&L account and an M&S card within days of each other in November.
    Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.62

    I did the same in December - both up & running now.
