Iceland Delivery

Hi,

I just wondered how do I get a Iceland shop delivery? can I do it online or do I need to actually go in the store and pick my items and take them to the counter and ask for a home delivery?

Thanks.

exactly as Chelle says, they dont do online as its instore only and you do the shopping yourself as yu would in tesco, asda etc except when you get to the till you tell the cashier you want it home delivered and it will be packed(thats how it was done when i worked there yerars ago) for you into frozen, fresh and dry goods.

If a first time customer i think you get given a card and you give them your address and name and get to choose a day and time. I think with the card you fill in your details on a form and post it so when you do another shop you get the card swiped and its got your details on it.

Could be wrong about the card as whe i worked there the card was being introduced. If your not sure on the total you can ask them to either tell you how much it is at a set point or to sub total it and to grab something else if your just under. If you want same day delivery I would suggest going in the morning esp time of year, depending on your store they should be(or starting them soon) doing sunday deliveries if they currently already do deliveries on sundays.

With it being a busy time for Iceland, I would advise to pre book your delivery slot with iceland then do you shopping. I made the mistake of not doing that a few years ago and when i got to the checkout the slots had all gone. I have had great service one item was missing some coffee it had fell out and they gave me a replacement next time i was in there. All in all Iceland delivery is great. The one thing i like is there is no charge!
