Urgent - Need MFI/Aerobed help. Anyone bought one?

Has anyone ordered an Aerobed from MFI INSTORE?
It's important that the order was taken by a store either actually in person or on the phone.
(Not the main telesales line - just by phoning the store phone number)
Dispute over order at present, Consumer Direct advisors given mixed advice. Complaint going in to MFI, would be helpful if anyone else had ordered (and got) an Aerobed via a store (and not internet site or telesales).
