Free Ebook Sharing Site Required

Hi,
I have recently been given a Kindle as a present and note that the Ebooks from Amazon are quite expensive for popular fiction authors, e.g. Lee Child is £5.59 for his latest book and £3.99 for the older ones.
I have found an excellent free software programm that converts ebooks in any format to the Kindle so I do not need to buy from Amazon. Does anyone know of the best ebook sharing sites for fiction? I have tried Google searching, but I have not found any good ones so far.

This is attempted copyright violation and is illegal.
You are contemplating stealing from Lee Child and other authors.0 -
... unless of course I misinterpreted you? Have the books you want to share been already bought by someone? Paid for?
Of course it is possible to get free e-books for the Kindle and other ereaders. But these would be books the writers have offered for free, and are usually not very good as far as content is concerned. To get a best-selling writer such as Lee Child for free -- well, why should you? Unless you are borrowing it, which is legal.
Writers live from royalties through the sale of their books. If you love books you should be prepared to support writers, so that they can write more. The prices you named in your first post are reasonable.0 -

Yes, and that's fine. But the OP sounded as if he/she wanted to get freebies by authors who are not offering free books.
Remember, you get what you pay for. The free books are either excellent books that are out of copyright, or by first time authors who very often have no experience in writing or editing and only want to get their books "out there". Yes, there are exceptions -- but you can't really expect a professional writer to give away their books for free. So why take them?0 -
good site for free e books. the only problem is that your kindle has to be registered in the US to download, so unless you have a US address to register your kindle you can't download.0
