Sky Package renewal

My sky contract is up in one week . I pay £26 per month for Sky plus/Sky Sports 1 and 4 of the cheaper packages.
Have no films or other sports channels. Dont want to bundle broadband and land line calls into package. What sort of a deal can i get?

Phone up, ask to speak to cancellations & they'll offer you half price tv..... :beer:

If they dont offer you half price for a year just cancel (but you have to give 30 days notices should should have cancelled 23 days ago). They will write to you every other month offering you half price for a year. Just got another letter yesterday.

Have cancelled in time and received letter today saying they were sorry i was leaving and to phone if they could help.
Probably best to hang on and see what happens?

Yes, tough it out. I still get letters offering half price 2 years after cancelling!

IM so Glad, I cancelled in October, got a few emails, BUT nice guy in customer services told me.... that if a close relative has sky....you can get footie through your laptop, providing they have subscribed to sky sports.... now I have NO £65 monthly Direct Debit, and free footie, courtesy of my Daddy!!

Its handy, my daughter is able to watch ours via xbox at Uni, plus theres lovefilm on xbox as well now. Three xboxs to one Lovefilm acc
