Just a thought, are you claiming your tax credits etc? sister in law has one child and seems to have massive flat screen tvs, plenty of food. Doesnt sound right that you should have to struggle like this.. also milk vouchers etc.. are you claiming for these?xx0

Yer Im claiming, When it comes to Feb it will be so much easier but right now I have a court order for £35 a week, a fine at £25.84 a week, I pay token payments to my debts which is £5 a week, Rent arrears, £45 a week then the usual £11 water, £5.60 tv license, £10 elec, Lexi's milks £8 a week. The debts where all the exs, the court orders for water and the fine for tv license. Everything was in my name when me and him were together, but he worked and wouldnt let me leave the house never mind work and actually have to speak to another person. All along he wasnt paying the bills but obviously wasnt worried becuase it was all in my name. I suppose having no credit available to me is good, but on the other hand having no where to turn to at times like makes it even harder x0 -
Ok, so do you have 5 debts? something does not sound right here.. you shouldnt be struggling on such little money hun xx I have debts and after speaking to CCCS they said i am to only pay £1.00 each to my debts a month.. as food is priority..and for 2 adults 1 child they have allocated £200.00 a month... must be a way we can help you.. can you call cccs and talk to them about this.. this really isnt right hun, you should be allowed heat and food and even an allowance for the kiddies .. my mum has my 16year old sis with her and gets £500.00 alone in tax credits.. plus child benefit..plus council tax paid etc...xx
The courts should not be making you pay back such a high amount when you have hardly no money to live, i would want to appeal
Also is your ex paying, because he needs to x0 -

I didnt know I could appeal them until I spoke to payplan, but as they all the "high" repayments end in Jan they said by the time it goes back to court (I'd have to keep up with it until them becuase they had a warrent out for me) that I'd have probably nmearly paid off and they would add fees iykwim? So even though Im like this now in a month it will all be finshed well I'll be £200 better off in Feb then £400 in March iykwim? I should actually get £103 child tax £33.70 child benefit and my £60 Income support (this isnt anyhere near that becuase of social fund laons which also end in march). An yes my other debts are all on £1 and £2 a month apart from british gas which is £5 a month x
Oh i dont pay council tax its paid for me, but my rent I top up £80 a month but at the minute im obviously paying arrears, If i pay the arrears before Feb (when my new contract is drawn up) she will match what i pay off, so if i keep paying the £45 a week ill be straight come the 17th feb when my new contract starts x0 -

I would say cccs is better to speak with they are a free charity xx it sounds like things are going to get so much better..so hang on :-) im pleased to know in feb you will have more money.
Do you have a local food bank? in my area they are giving families in this situation big bags of shopping for free for christmas.. may be worth a google. People have been going away with 8 bags of shopping.. all nice stuff from tesco and stuff xx All you have to do is explain your situation0 -

Hmm I have no idea about a food bank  Tbh we can prob manage on the potatoes and frozen veg Ive budgeted for, But £5 elec a week isnt realistic, and having no gas and the kids isnt really either.0
