So I really want to cut down (then stop) smoking, on another thread someone said to count how many you smoke in a day and knock one of each day until you get to none.
So starting tomorrow I am going to count how many I smoke then knock one off each day till I cut enough to just stop. This might seem daft but seriously I must be smoking over 20 a day0 -
Well done on deciding to cut down / give up
It's a good idea to be aware of how many you are smoking and try to reduce by one every day, I used to smoke 15 to 20 a day and couldn't relax if I had one left in the packet at the end of the day, I had to smoke it!
I gave up by reading Allen Carr's book
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Allen-Carrs-Easy-Way-to-Stop-Smoking-Allen-Carr-/180917925236?pt=Non_Fiction&hash=item2a1f8c7574&_uhb=1#ht_1838wt_1139
I read it while still smoking xx
Good luck0 -
