I need help, with to where we stand with Three. Friend got a contract phone from Three in September on contract, everything fine 4 weeks later phone breaks, sent away and repaired no probs well no its broke 4 times since then. Phone arrived back here Thursday afternoon this morning broke again!! normally with a phone, 3 attempts at repair, and they should replace it with a new one, if it is not getting repaired. BUT 3 is a funny company and have their own rules and regs. But to be honest, if the manufacturer is HTC, they should replace the phone completely for you. As it is a manufacturer's warranty, rather than 3's warranty.

Ring Trading Standards on monday and ask them, maybe they can help you put pressure for it to be replaced by HTC.

yes, because it is a manufacturer's warranty on the phone, not 3, the phone company.

I have the flu, and have flu brain fug, it makes it really hard to concentrate on things

Did you enjoy your time away? Was so l jealous as not been to beach for AGES Last time I went the dogs come home soaked and was sweeping up sand for WEEKS . Am going to plan a day out next week with them as treat for us all .
