Hello just wondering if any of you had any recommendations for turntables under £60 and not USB ones?
Cheers.
Cheers.

Nevertheless, it is good advice, and certainly money-saving!
Turntables are complex and sensitive mechanical systems. Decent ones have never been cheap and, as LPs have long gone out of favour, the few well-engineered ones that are available new are very expensive - well beyond ten times your budget. But there are real bargains to be found on the fleabay, and those who have a nice item that they would like to see used rather than throw away offer them through the likes of freecycle.
Regarding brands, you are highly unlikely to find a Linn (the bees' knees) in good condition for that sort of money, but there was a Systemdek (near copy) going on the 'bay for under £50 an hour ago, and you might find a Thorens or (more likely) a Goldring Lenco within your budget. Back in the day, Garrard and Dual both made some good turntables, too, but the brands (as with more recent Lencos) were also attached to some less than stellar ones, so take care.0
