Or why would they be on this board?
I have thought about this for a while now, we all know who the vocal property bears are on this board and others, but if you just think about it the denial and weak arguments from so called property bulls is just a vain attempt to try and control something that in reality is WAY out of their control.
So many people have now invested a huge stake of their life to property, anyone who dares to say that house prices could fall are shot down in flames with whatever feeble argument that are out there.
I don't get angry with any bull posters on this or any other site, I just see it as FEAR. We are all watching the news right now and witnessing what is unfolding, we ALL know what is about to happen. And when it comes to property prices one side will gain and one will lose, it is as simple as that.
So called bull posters are as bearish as anyone else

Made me cringe
It made me smile, but I know what you mean if you look at it from the perspective of the person writing it, then it’s definitely cringe material.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
I wonder what % of the posters are Foxy's alter-ego accounts that he's made such a fool of himself on that he can't post on them anymore.
I have a feeling it's shortly going to increase. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
The definition of a property bull is you think prices will go up from here in the short to mid term
I don't think there any many left at all who actually still think this.0 -

Your constant abuse speak volumes mate, no substance at all to your posts:)
I will tell you what, I will even put my head on the plate and put my money where my mouth is, unlike you and your pathetic non posts.
Halifax data is out next week, and seeing as the Halifax has more of a northen bias and the fact that what we are now seeing on the news in the way of bad news is in reality happening right now up Norf... The Halifax figures will be bad, to be honest I will be shocked if they are not.
I await you next cocky one liner with zero content:)0 -

I'm just plain weird as I don't own a home and have no interest in owning a mortgaged home...so here purely for the OCD nature of my personality, I've been obsessed with house prices ever since the mid 90's.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

The majority of the posters on this board are shrivelled up joyless neo-liberals who would begrudge a penny in the hand of a pauper if they thought it came from their taxes.
The amount of vitriol and misanthropy has certainly grown in proportion with the decline of property prices.0
