help had a letter from or and dont understand it

Hi guys , just had a letter in the post from or today - wish they would write these thing in english or that i wasnt so dull as i cant understand what it means - any help as always would be much appreciated-

it says
I refer to the notice sent on 11/2/2009 in which it was stated that your interest ina dwelling house at "my adddress" vested in me as trustee of the bankruptcy estate.
I am writting to give you notice that i consider that the re-vesting of the interest to you will facilitate a more efficient administration of the bankruptcy estate.
One month from the date of this notice, your interest in the property will cease to be part of the bankruptsy estate and will automatically re-vest in you. I will sned out further notification and , if applicable, will apply to the land registry to have my interest in the property removed from the register - you will receive seperate notice of this application.

Does it mean that his name comes off and thats it?

Yup!

At the moment the OR holds the BI and he is taking his name off and returning the BI to you simPly put.
