Hi
Can someone tell me what is the situation if a couple split up, have a joint mortgage on a property but one of them refuses to sell the house? Can they be forced to put it on the market??
Thanks
Sue

A court can force the sale but I'm not sure how this is initiated. Probably best to speak to a) the mortgage and b) a solicitor.
