Hi
I have just turned 25 and I am now able to get a trust fund of about £30 000?my dad and I don't get on well and I feel he wants to take control. I gave to go and see the socillicitor that's been looking after it.
My question is will they just hand the cheque over to me? Or do I need to prove that I want to Invest the money. My husband and I would like to put most of it into a premium bond? Can I just tell them this and I'll get it?
I also have extremly bad credit as I have outstanding loans not paid... Will the socillicitor look into this and tell my dad?
