Cheap (Prescription) Glasses in Tesco

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere (or if my post is in the wrong place), I did try to search for it before posting.

I was in Tesco yesterday to double up my clubcard vouchers (before the double up ended!) and their value (and some of their "party eyes") frames which come complete with single vision lenses have been reduced to £10.00. You must have a valid prescription (within the past two years) to order new glasses but they accept anyones prescription like any optician would/should.

Thought it might be worth mentioning in case anyone else like me is looking for new glasses.

I used my vouchers and doubled up two of my £5 clubcard vouchers and got myself two new pairs (one for everyday wear and one from the party eyes range for going out or just when I want a change of look!) for nothing but even if you had to pay cash this is quite cheap.

Hope this helps someone!
