Nigella Christmas by Nigella Lawson - Hardcover, £5 @ Amazon

This suddenly dropped in price yesterday (according to uk.camelcamelcamel.com) from about £12.50. From the looks of things it's never gone below around £8.50.
If you have other Nigella books, there are apparently quite a few recipes that are repeated in this (hence the reason I never bought it before), but since it's going so cheap I thought I might finally snap this up - great to have all her Christmas recipes in one book, and there are few in there I haven't come across before. Rather looking forward to putting it into action - there's a Hot Honeyed Vodka waiting out there with my name on it!
(...Although I bought one for myself, I'm actually pondering going back to get a few as Christmas presents...
)
Editing to add: this has gone up to £10, but as you can see on the graph below, that's still not a bad price for it...

Product Description
Nigella Christmas comprises reliable, practical, easy-to-follow recipes and reassuring advice about planning and cooking ahead, presented in a gorgeous glittering package which will make this the ultimate gift to yourself and for family and friends.
Illustrated with over 250 fabulous full-colour photographs by Lis Parsons (photographer of the bestselling Nigella Express), including method photos and lavish spreads, Nigella Christmas is in a new, larger and irresistible format. It includes everything from scrumptious Christmas cakes and puddings, to quick and easy homemade presents (biscuits, preserves and other standbys) and edible tree-decorations, recipes for feeding friends and family over the holiday season with minimum stress and maximum enjoyment (cook and freeze ahead or slow-cook in the oven), as well as Christmas party food and drinks. And, of course, exciting and inspiring variations for the Main Event itself - from traditional super-juicy turkey, festive ginger-baked ham, special trimmings and the Ultimate Christmas Pud, all the way to the special vegetarian Christmas feast, by way of goose or pork-and-cranberry options and a Prodigious Pavlova...
Her cakes, as always, gladden the heart, and her 'At-a-Glance Christmas Dinner Countdown' helps take the stress and strain out of the Big Day itself. Nigella Christmas will surely be a perennial favourite, the book we will all reach for - for inspiration and reassurance - as soon as the Christmas lights start going up....

Great find. I have triple Sainsburys nectar points if I order books through Amazon on Saturday so hopefully still in stock if I order just after midnight.
(extra nectar points go on no problem if anyone asks)“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Mhoc - I hope it works out with the nectar points! I've finally started to remember to gather points when I buy from Amazon, though they've yet to show up in my account yet, oh well!
Glad I could spread the Nigella love :j it's such a great pressie option (even if it's just for yourself
). I'm so annoyed I was clever with my present buying this year, I've looked over my list and realised that I've almost no one left to buy for. Maybe I'll get some in for next year :rotfl: a penny picker upper. Fantastic, thanks OP. Been after this for a while but always talked myself out of buying it.
Now if only they'd reduce Feast to a fiver too...0
