Not sure why it won't work for some people. The £5 off code is supposed to be on your first order, I used different email address as I have used the code before and it went through

I've just placed two orders. If the codes aren't working, then go back to your basket and remove the items and then start again. It worked for me when the codes were playing up with a top and pyjama bottoms. The B1G1HP goes on automatically if you add 2 full price items to your basket, then do the 30% one and then the £5 off one.
