I did 2 orders for around £3 each - both for hats / scarves and neither have turned up yet. Paid with paypal and money has been taken. Hopefully it will turn up this week.

The order my son is waiting for is gloves and scarfs, I've just checked the website and the items are in stock and still available to buy but his account still just says "released for dispatch". It's been over a week now so if he doesn't receive anything tomorrow I'll tell him to email them.

I have not received my order and emailed them 3 days ago but did not receive a reply, looks like I may have to make a phone call. Hope others get better response.

I ordered on the 2nd (3 orders... tihee shhh) And nothing has arrived. on the website it says that they are dispatched. Anyone else had orders take this long and should I e-mail them?

I placed an order on 4th and status says released for despatch, I called them on friday and they told me that they were hoping to despatch all the orders placed from that weekend for delivery early this week. They told me that it had been a particularly busy weekend :rotfl:but that all orders were being despatched and the status of the order wont change :T

i placed my 2 orders on the 3rd of december, i just phoned to ask where items are and was told there are no orders showing for me, but they took £23 and £18 out of my paypal.

I made 3 orders and have just received one (but not the one i received the dispatch email for) although there was one item missing, but on the invoice note included it doesnt mention the missing item and the amount i paid hasnt changed either?! have emailed them so will see if they get back to me, if not il have to ring them-still waiting on 2 more orders though
