ideas for a hamper

Hi all
Am looking for some ideas of things to put in a hamper for my mum who is a young 51 yr old. I have brought her a main xmas present which is a ticket for a concert but this has and will not arrive by xmas so need something to actually give to her on xmas day. I don't want to spend more than £20. So far I have brought her, her favourite chocs. I have a box so this does not need to be included in price.
Do you have any cheap ideas of what I can put in this hamper?
Any ideas much appreciated
Thanks
Smirf

How big is the hamper? If it's small M&S do some lovely mini bottles of Cava. I like to pop in one rose and one white. I can't remember the exact price but their pretty cheap.0

Its probably about the size of a shoe box.
Thats a good idea- might pop a bottle in. Just need a few more bits to fill it up.

As above, a mini bottle of something she likes to drink (alcoholic or otherwise - if not alcohol then how about a nice mug with some nice hot chocolate/coffee with some marshmallows or biscuits?).
Perhaps some nice face/hand/body lotion.
Next perfume is cheap and I haven't found one yet I don't like.
A nice pair of earrings or necklace or something?
You could get some nice slippers or cosy socks for the house.
A nice scarf/hat/pair of gloves?
A lipstick or nail varnish?
Perhaps a CD or DVD?0 -
Orrrr (thought of some more!)...
Address book or diary.
Picture frame with a nice picture already in it.
Scented candle.
Bubble bath.0 -
You could get an inexpensive photo-frame (charity shops are good) and pop a photo of your family in.
Alternatively (if she doesn't know about the concert tickets) print off a picture of the band/singer/performer and put that in the frame. Then attach a note saying something about the frame being there for her to put a photo in from the concert.0 -
I'm doing my cousin a hamper of her favourite food items. They are normal food items, but I am going put a tag on it 'Carly's favourite foods'. I've got:
A bar a of chocolate
Oreo cookies
beef jerkey
ryvita minis.
I know its a bit random, but it is stuff that she likes.0 -
Homemade chutney/ jam. Smellies, miniature liqueurs, homemade truffles, flavoured oils/vinegars,0

How about a 'pamper hamper'.
I could imagine you could find at least 20 £1 items to bulk it out.
Cover with cello, add bow .... gorgeous gift.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness
