Mine arrived this morning Its great! SO much better than my old blender!

I just wanted to point out that the instructions have a step by step guide of how to remove and clean the nozzle/tap. I haven't removed it yet but just ran hot water through (only used it once) and its clean as a whistle.

Mine arrived yesterday morning too.
More than pleased with it especially the black graphite finish on the base (matches my work surface!).
Makes a mean smoothie too !
